  2. An ERP implementation methodology will optimize the benefits that they can reap from the ERP software solution. In this phase, the plans and strategy that were laid out are followed or carried out. The ERP vendors allow their well-trained experts to implement the ERP more efficiently. In order to fully assist the client, they are the ones who manage the resources of the vendor and that of the client's. They also develop project plans for them and at the same time handle the budget. The restructuring of the overall business process is also done while at the same time provide a clear and detailed definition of the procedures for each part of the workflow.

  3. Since the system may be new to the organization, there is a need to engineer the technical infrastructure to accommodate the changes that will occur once this is set up. The business requirements must also be integrated into the implementation of the ERP because they are the clients for the project.
