EOC-Equal opportunity Compliance System • EOC is a web based application used by FDOT Contractors and Consultants to collect, review, and report DBE Commitments, DBE & MBE Sub Payments and the submission of Bidder Opportunity list. The System was made available to the public for use on October 3rd 2012.

  3. EOC System Features Designed: In-houseby our IT department Technology : ASP.NET MVC(framework used) Programming language : C# also called c sharp(programming language used) Database : DB2(IBM database software)
