  10. Fydd y dechneg bropaganda wychaf ddim yn llwyddo oni bai bod un egwyddor sylfaenol yn cael ei chofio o hyd ac yn cael sylw diysgog. Rhaid iddi ei chyfyngu ei hun i ychydig bwyntiau a'u hailadrodd dro ar ôl tro. Yma, fel sy'n aml yn wir yn y byd hwn, dyfalbarhad yw'r peth cyntaf a phwysicaf sydd ei angen er mwyn llwyddo. The most brilliant propagandist technique will yield no success unless one fundamental principle is borne in mind constantly and with unflagging attention. It must confine itself to a few points and repeat them over and over. Here, as so often in this world, persistence is the first and most important requirement for success. Adolf Hitler
