Questionnaire • Zone AE/VE - New construction must be elevated ___ feet above BFE as shown on FIRM. • Zone AE/VE - New construction must be elevated ___ feet above BFE determined by a study based on fully developed watershed (future conditions)
Master Drainage Plan (MDP) developed for areas in and around the community using fully developed conditions, for areas the FIRM doesn't address. • Are Developers required to use the MDP BFE. • Zone A (un-numbered) - Developer must conduct a study to define the BFE. If development is greater than 50 lots or 5 Acres, whichever is the lesser. [60.3(b)(3)] Zone A (un-numbered)
Developer must conduct a study to define the floodway boundary based on existing conditions. • Zone A (un-numbered) - Developer must conduct a study to define the floodway boundary based on fully developed watershed (future conditions)
