We had a discussion in the staff asking ourselves what we were good at and what are our challenges
All classes went through with one project or at least some elements of project work
We met other schools in the municipality also working with the method, and we exchanged experiences
We attended a spot course with Signe Holm-Larsen with focus on what was difficult

Establish requirements and confines:
Time and space
Shall the group keep a logbook
Requirements to the product
Requirements to the presentation
What to emphasize in the evaluation
How to carry out the evaluation? Self-evaluation? Tutoring? Fill in forms? And so on..
Plan the motivation phase (book, film, acting and so on)
Decide how you want to implement brainstorming in the class before the teams/groups proceed with problem formulation, and subsequently the filling in of the planning document
Decide on how to combine the groups in the class
Organize and prepare potential/possible literature
