  1. God Uses Little Things to do Great Things

  2. God Created A Man from the Dust of the Ground And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. (Genesis 2:7)

  3. God took aMan and made from him a Great Nation and blessed all nations through him. “I will make you a great nation…and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Genesis 12:2-3)

  4. God chose 300 men from that Great Nation to deliver it from foreign invaders who were “as numerous as locusts.” Then the LORD said to Gideon, “By the three hundred men who lapped I will save you, and deliver the Midianites into your hand.” (Judges 7:7)

  5. God chose a little town in that Great Nation to be the birthplace of the Eternal King “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, from everlasting.” -- Micah 5:2

  6. God chose mere men to deliver His saving message to the world. – like treasure in earthen vessels. But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us. -- 2 Corinthians 4:7

  7. God uses the little and the weak so that all may see His power and glorify Him. For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called…that no flesh should glory in His presence…. that, as it is written, “He who glories, let him glory in the Lord.” -- 1 Corinthians 1:26, 29, 31.

  8. God can use you to do great things, no matter how little you are, but you must put yourself in His hands.

  9. How could God use you in the coming year? How could God use you today? You will never know until you put yourself in His hands! “…present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.” --Romans 6:13

  10. We cannot become what we need to be by remaining what we are. —Max Depree
