  3. Introduction I am going to Drexel University next year so I will eventually get an apartment in Philadelphia.

  4. My apartment • I choose an apartment that costs 625$ a month. • The apartment is at 4528 N Gratz ST. Philadelphia, PA 19140 • It is 1,186 Sq Ft

  5. Finance I will have a job to help pay my part of the expenses.

  6. Roommates • There are three bedrooms so I will have as many roommates as the landlord allows. I will definitely have three roommates, but if the landlord allows more, I will have more. • We will split the rent and utilities evenly. All the expenses will be split evenly between all three (or more) of us.

  7. Furnish Every person will get her own beds and furniture for her own room. For the other areas, we will get any furniture we can for the cheapest price. If we need to buy furniture, we will split the cost evenly. After we move out whoever wants to keep the piece will pay the others for the full cost.
