In our Wednesday class at 12:30, led by Maggie Watson, Veronica Rojas, Noelle Dunham, Keli Edwards, and Robyn DiMatteo, we focus on essential skills for the business world, such as teamwork, computer proficiency, business applications, and time management. Our goal is to complete quality work by merging ideas into powerful solutions. Through interactive instruction and class cooperation, students will master Microsoft basics, enhancing their job prospects. We encourage asking questions, teamwork, and personal growth to shape a successful future.

  2. Our Purpose • Our purpose in this class is to learn skills that we can apply to our futures in the business world. • Such as: team work, basic computer skills, business applications, and time management.

  3. Quality • As a class we should strive to complete our work to the best of our ability. • Our group work allows us to put our good ideas together as one great idea.

  4. Learning • By learning the basics of Microsoft, students gain the knowledge and have the opportunity of achieving a better job in the work force. • Your employer will be better satisfied by your quality of work.

  5. Ways to learn the Software • Interactive instruction • Clear direction • Demonstration • Class cooperation

  6. Role of Instructor • Review prior knowledge of the programs • Introduce new concepts • Present the instruction in a clear and direct manner. • Assign work related to the topic that was taught.

  7. Role of Participants • Ask questions and apply knowledge • Be willing to learn new materials • Be willing to help inexperienced students if you have excelled in the topic • Complete the work assigned on time

  8. Decisions and Planning • Find out your classmates strengths and weaknesses and assign roles accordingly • Decide whether want to work in the future with this group • Gather ideas as a team and then apply a strategy to effectively finish the project
