Establishing Team Norms: A Guide to Effective Group Behavior

Join us for the School Improvement Specialist Training on August 3-4, where we'll delve into the importance of establishing team norms. Norms are the standards of behavior we agree to uphold within our group. Every team is different and needs to create its own norms to foster a productive and respectful environment. Participants will engage in an interactive process to develop norms through collaborative discussions and group activities. We'll emphasize reviewing and adjusting these norms regularly to ensure they remain relevant to the team's goals and dynamics.
