July 2012 PNG Mission Trip to Misma Island – A Call for Support and Supplies

Join Pastors Peter and Chris from Gympie COC, QLD, as they embark on a life-changing mission to Misma Island in Papua New Guinea. This trip, scheduled for July 2012, will focus on preaching, teaching, and providing essential medical aid and support to the local community. We invite contributions to cover costs and essential supplies, including medical kits, clothing, and spiritual materials.   5. Activities • Preaching & Teaching • Worship leading • Plays & skits • Praying for the sick • Children’s Ministry • Distributing Medical aid • Having fun

Stuff to take • Medical • Doxycylin – Anti-Malaria Panadol/Nurofen • Bandaids • Antiseptic Detol 250ml • Cotton Wool Balls • Cotton Buds • Bushman’s Insect Repellant 200ml • EDP Powder • Gloves • Multi Vitamins • Gatorade Powder Sachets • Sunscreen • Pegs and line (rope/curd “6”) Towel • Sponge Washer Liquid Soap • Toothbrush/Toothpaste Shampoo • Prickly Heat Powder • Letter from Doctor regarding any personal medication to be taken.

  9. Cost • $3000 per person • Decision by Early of February 2012 • Missions Fund will help at current rate will be at around $8000 + by June • Sponsorship • fund raising dinners • Opp Shop • House Rental • Would also like to take an offering for the work of Peter & Chris from our church.
