  2. 上會計課前的羅揚斌 • 羅揚斌是個自我感覺良好的醫療人員 • 常常不知道每個月的錢,用到哪? • 個人以享樂為目的,四處玩樂 • 為了尋求人生不同的轉彎,今年開始在清大念EMBA • 這樣的羅揚斌在上了薛老師的課後,對人生有了不同的想法… • 決定檢視自身的財務狀況,學習編製資產負債表及損益表…

  3. 檢視財務狀況 (假設102年04月30日開帳，102年06月30日結帳) 1.每月10日領上個月薪水(每月NT200,000);合夥執行業務 預扣所得稅NT15,505;勞保費NT593;健保費NT485 2.100年06月30日房屋購買價格NT11,000,000,貸款NT8,500,000(240期,每月NT44,000，利息費用8,583)由於房屋未來仍會增值，故不計提折舊 3.其餘費用採記帳

  4. 檢討: • 資產部分: 1.購入其他資產 以增加其利息或資本利得 2.資產需維持一定流動性 3.目前房屋以自用為主,且座落於鄉間;增值性不高 4.收入僅限於執行業務所得,應另闢財源

  5. 負債部分: 1.目前為止為銀行房貸利率低檔,應注意房產日後轉手問題 2.親兄弟明算帳,早日歸還借款 3.一個人飽全家飽,期待有朝一日終結單身,成家立業, 擔負人生中另一種負債(家庭子女債)
