  3. Learning Environment This will be taught in a first grade classroom using a projector. Students will be in their seats listening. Click Go Back

  4. Information Students will be learning about the 12 months of the year, seven days of the week and four seasons of the year. Click Go Back

  5. Motivation Being able to understand how to look at a calendar and seeing all the different dates in a new way. Click Go Back

  6. Objective Using the PowerPoint slides about the various concepts of the calendar, the students will develop the common ideas and will get a 100% on the quiz at the end. They will do a good job and will use their previous knowledge from their home life and other schooling to help them with this lesson. Click Go Back

  7. MONTHS OF THE YEAR • There are twelve months of the year. • Each of you are born on a specific month. • Some months have a holiday in it. (examples: Thanksgiving, New Years Day, St. Patrick’s Day) Click Go Back
