Finland • Most of regions and municipalities are involved in a national process • Plan for regional Joint Action Groups – some are existing, some are at the start • Quality criteria have been developed • There are different Challenges: • ·For immigrants it is hard to find a work • ·Different needs of boys and girls • The finish national Joint Actions group was working for over 20 years already and is going to be found again, but not as a permanent group. France • In the year 2003 in France a large consultation process and discussion with the social partners in education took place. The result was the “Report d´Elo”. • 2004 a new law on education concerning guidance came out. The first time the information for the career awareness is a big task in schools. • ONICEP is an important integrated organisation of the French ministry for education. It sets up a basis for the National Forums. This project has received funding from the european community
