Example of incentive calculation at glance Suppose you are Chief Sales Executive (CSE): • There are minimum 11+50+150=211 users in your CSE group. • Suppose you and your group has contributed total 100 SV in a month. • Suppose out of 100 SV, your direct reference is 15 SV, in SE group is 30 SV, in SSE group is 60 SV. • Your incentive calculation will be as follows: • Direct Reference 15X1000= Rs. 15000/- • SE Group will be 30X500= Rs. 15000/- • SSE Group will be 60X300 = Rs. 18000/- • CSE Group will be 100X250 = Rs. 25000/- • -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- • Gross Incentive in that month will be 15000+15000+18000+25000 = Rs. 73,000/- • ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
