Sustainable Practices for a Greener School Environment

At our school, we aim to create a sustainable environment by implementing eco-friendly practices. We turn off computers and lights when not in use, recycle paper, and use both sides of every sheet. Our rubbish is separated into paper, organic, and plastic bins, and we encourage building objects with recycled materials. We also promote walking, cycling, or using public transport, utilize natural sunlight, and monitor our energy consumption. These initiatives not only contribute to a healthier planet but also educate students on the importance of environmental stewardship for a better future.

  1. What do we do in our school? • Turn off the computers. • Switch off the lights when you aren´t in the class. • Throw the papers in the bin. • Recycle the paper. • Use both sides of paper

  2. We separate the rubbish. • Set of bins, paper, organic and plastic. • We use paper twice. • We buildobjects with recycled materials. • Change lights bulbs with energy saving ones.

  4. Why do we do this? Because it’s better for us and we must look after our world.

  5. IDEAS TO IMPROVE THE ENVIRONMENT IN OUR SCHOOL

  7. Use sun light in class instead of electric lighting

  10. Monitor energy usage

  11. Don’t open the windows when the radiatorsare on.
