  3. Eoin Colfer’s Life Eoin Colfer ( pronounced Owen) Was born in Wexford in Ireland in 1965. He had 4 brothers his father was a teacher and a historian his mother was a drama teacher. He started to enjoy writing in elementary school. His first book was Benny and Omar published in 1998, it was based off his experience in Tunisia. He published the first Artemis Fowl book in 2001.

  5. Why I Like Eoin Colfer’s books I like his books because of the fusion of science fiction and fantasy. I also like the pure weirdness of the books. I also like the way the books are written.
