Warmup #1 Red Hot Root Words 3/4 • PREFIXES: • fore: before, toward • pre: before, toward • post: after, behind • VOCABULARY: • forecast: to predict or estimate in advance • forethought: a thought that comes beforehand • forewarn: to warn beforehand • postpone: put off until a later time • precaution: care taken beforehand
