    4. Lock & Tag 4 INTRODUCTION The program does not include Equipment Specific L&T Procedures. The departments have to prepare them for their equipment and train the authorized employee. All L&T procedures must be submitted to Safety for review.

    5. Lock & Tag 5 SCOPE (1) Covered: Locking out of all hazardous energy sources such as electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, or thermal.
