  47. Call for Innovators 2012-2013 The Department of Special Services (DSS) in collaboration with the Instructional Services Department (ISD) and the Department of Information Technology (DIT) will be sponsoring an Innovation Institute to support teachers as they develop innovative ways to integrate students’ personal mobile devices into classrooms and instruction.  Teachers interested in exploring creative ways to use students’ personal devices to foster 21st century skills are encouraged to apply as a part of a school team.  Teams must be comprised of at least one special education and one general education teacher.  Teams will meet quarterly throughout the year.
