Discuss proposed edits to the GSC Governing Principles (version 1.6.1) contained in GSC15-ADMIN-02 and -04 edits to the GSC Guidance for Meeting Hosts (version 1.1.1) contained in GSC15-ADMIN-03 updates to the list of GSC, GTSC, and GRSC High Interest Subjects (HISs) contained in GSC15-ADMIN-05 Objectives

  4. Admin WG endorsed incorporation of text (contained in GSC15-ADMIN-04) into separate subsections of Section 6.2 to clarify those presentations/contributions to be addressed in Plenary, as well as clarifying in which session (Opening or Closing) those documents are typically addressed Governing Principles (1/2)

  5. Admin WG endorsed version 1.6.2 (contained in GSC15-ADMIN-02r1), which provides updates on how to address New and Novel Contributions (NNC), the withdrawal of Communications Alliance as a GSC Member, and the future GSC hosting schedule. Most updated version of the GSC Governing Principles will be issued after GSC HoD approval Governing Principles (2/2)

  6. Admin WG endorsed version 1.1.1 (contained in GSC15-ADMIN-03), which provided clarifications on how to address New and Novel Contributions (NNC) Most updated version of the GSC Guidance for Meeting Hosts will be issued after GSC HoD approval Guidance for Meeting Hosts

  7. Admin WG agreed to the updated list of HISs (contained in GSC15-ADMIN-05r1) Most updated list of HISs will be posted to the repository of administration documents after GSC HoD approval Maintenance of HIS List
