Scheduling A Meeting • To schedule a meeting: • Log in • Select schedule a meeting • Add recipient email addresses • Add a subject • Select a date and time (in YOUR time zone) • Add any other meeting info • Send meeting invite • To start a new meeting: • Log in • Select Start a new meeting • Invite attendees

Meeting Icons & Functions • Add/Share Content • Do so before the meeting to save time • Great for file uploads (PDF/Word/Excel/PPT/JPEGs) • Share Your Screen • Great for student presentations • Great for sharing websites/online content • Whiteboard • Add to the meeting like content • Good for note taking in real time • Good for solving math problems/annotating/writing • Annotating • To use on shared content & w/white board • Make arrows/boxes/highlight/point to text • Good to focus student attention

Meeting Icons & Functions cont’d • Video Conferencing • Good for face to face contact • Best for small classes • Good for individual videos when one person speaking • Chat • Can message an individual or everyone • Good for students to ask questions • Helps prevent interruptions • Raise Your Flag • Works like a student raising their hand in class • Alerts you that someone has a question/thought/problem

Meeting Settings • Mute All • Good to prevent feedback & distractions • Best when one person speaking for a long time • Make Presenter • Allows you to make any attendee a presenter • Can share their screen & annotate • Record • Allows you to record the meeting for future playback • Great for helping students review • Good if someone is absent from class meeting
