When he was hunting in the forest, he found the dog and killed it.

She hit and expelled him from the house. • A couple of years later, Sangkuriang met a beautiful woman. He didn’t know that the woman was his own mother. She became young and pretty ever after because of the Gods. He felt in love with the woman. He wanted to marry him. Dayang Sumbi knew that the man was his son from his birthmark. She refused the proposal. She asked him to make a big boat and a lake only in one night before sunrise. Sangkuriang agreed to do it by helping of genie. • Dayang Sumbi was afraid that it would be. So, she asked the Gods to show the sun earlier. When the boat was almost done, the hen cocked earlier and the sun rose earlier. Sangkuriang was surprised and he was upset then he kicked the boat until it became upturning boat like a mountain and it’s called Tangkuban Perahu.

  6. The Moral Value from the Story • We must obey our parents, especially mother. • We mustn't be arrogant to other people or other creatures and we feel that we can live alone without others’ help. • We should recognize first to whom we will get married.
