Královéhradeckýkraj • On the 11th of April, 2011 BEC applied to the Ministry for approval to explore an area. • The ministry informed other enterpreneurs • 9 municipalities were against granting permission • On the 9th of December, 2011 the ministry approved the exploration area. • 19 municipalities appealled the decision. • On the 13th of April, 2012 the Minister cancelled the application • BEC has reduced the area to 26 municipalities, and the procedure is continuing • The municipalities have expressed their opinion of the new application
