Sexual Harassment Training

This report analyzes a survey conducted among 485 HR professionals regarding their organizations' requirements for sexual harassment training. A total of 2347 emails were sent, with a response rate of 21%. The survey was conducted between July 26 and August 1, 2005, and presentation results were generated on August 5, 2005. The margin of error for the findings is +/- 4.0%. The report further explores which staff members within organizations are mandated to undergo sexual harassment training.
