  4. 车险理赔业务 日均案件量变化趋势统计 自2011年4月案件发生以来，案件量逐步增大，进入12月份以来,案件量保持较高的增速，当月案件量已达427笔，日均近15笔。

  5. 车险理赔业务 案件处理情况 • 2011年底总体结案率维持在95.60%，结案率指标处于良好状态，山分结案率已达97.04。

  6. 车险理赔业务 案件分布情况 从赔款区间看，3000元以下案件，作为发案主力，仍然占据案件总量的95%以上。

  8. 车险理赔业务 赔付率情况 • 车险已决案均赔款呈现逐步增加趋势，与报即立案均设置逐步接近，伴随满期保费的不断增加，赔付率逐渐平稳。

  10. 意健险理赔业务 意健险理赔业务情况 2011年12月份，公司受理意健险出险报案2起。本月结案3起，支付赔款金额4116.30元。自开业至12月31日，公司共受理客户出险报案36起，结案26起，支付赔款54644.90元，注销案件2起，目前已报未决案件8起，预估未决赔付金额78200元。

  11. 意健险理赔业务 赔付率情况 • 目前出险案件中，2起为团体意外死亡案件，其余均为意外伤害医疗案件，涉及一个主险和三个附加险种，各险种出险件数、赔款、赔付率如下：
