  2. The 1st Strike Reform • We believe that we should enact the 1 strike reform which will deport current immigrants that have caused a crime if they have came arrived within the past 10 years. The reform would not allow new immigrants to enter the United States unless they were refugees. This refugee addition would have a quota on it so not to allow for an over abundance of immigrants.

  3. Past Reforms • The Chinese Exclusion Act helped us create this reform because it stopped immigrants from coming to America. • The Quota system during the first couple immigration waves helped us set up the Quota system for immigration within refugees. http://thepoliticalpragmatic.blogspot.com/2012/08/the-n-words-immigration-history-and.html

Possibilities • This reform could have a chance to work because the unemployment is increasing in the United States and people are getting angry that immigrants are coming and taking our jobs when we can’t even get jobs. • WE know that kicking immigrants out of the country will be difficult and possibly wont be accepted but it will help eliminate both crime and unemployment.

  5. Why you should pick our reform? • It will curb unemployment • It will stop crime • It follows other past reform acts • It will boost the economy because more people will have money and can buy more things. • It will still allow refugees into the country so we can protect certain groups of people.
