  2. What is the VBOC ? The VBOC is a division of Vietnam Veterans of California, Inc. (VVC), and a non-profit organization that is partially funded by the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA).

  3. VBOC Funding Partner U.S. Small Business Administration Collaborative Partners We are committed to foster relationships and collaborate with community groups and organizations, both private and public, in efforts to better serve the veteran small business community.

  4. What Is VBOC’s Mission? The mission of the Veterans Business Outreach Center is to advance the growth and commercial competitiveness of veteran owned small business enterprises through education and services focusing on workforce improvement, technology deployment, and business development.

  5. Services Provided by VBOC The VBOC program is designed to provide in depth one-to-one management, marketing, legal, certification, franchise, technical and financial assistance to existing and prospective small business owners. Business education and training workshops are also offered. All assistance is provided free, or low costs, and is tailored to local community needs.
