  3. Mission • To address the economic concerns of eastern and southeastern Arkansas by mobilizing the resources of the University and other appropriate sources. University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Economic Research and Development Center

  4. UAPB-HUD Partnership • Active in HUD’s HBCU Program since 1993 • Over $3.5M in funding received to date • Only one of the three HBCU/MIs in State • Received Awards for work products including HUD’s Best Practice Award • Have Memorandum of Agreement with local State field office for HUD University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Economic Research and Development Center
