  5. Stick with what works • Do not change for the sake of change • People resist change • Test if you must change!!!!

  6. Make it easy to scan • Seconds count especially for new users • How are users actually using your page?

  7. Home is where the heart is • Don’t let users get lost • Follow the breadcrumbs
