Article One:Legislative Branch/Congress House of Reperseantives: Qualifications Age: Twenty Five years old Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen for seven years A resident of the state one is elected to represent in the House of representatives. Elections: Every Two Years Responsibilities: Making of laws Can Impeach President or other federal officials collect taxes coining money regulating trade

  3. United States Senate Qualifications: Age: Thirty years old Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen for nine years a resident of the state one is elected to represent in the Senate. Elections: Every Two years Reponsebillites :Making of laws collect taxes coining money regulating trade

Article Two/Executive Branch The Executive Branch: Qualifications: Age: Thirty Five Years Citizenship: Fourteen years of citizenship in the United States Elections: Every Four years Reponsebillites: Carry out nation’s laws and policies serves as commander in chief of the armed forces and conducts relations with foreign countries

  5. Article Three/The Judicial Branch Judicial Branch Tenure: Till death or Retirement Reponsebillites: Hear cases involving constitution laws passed by the Congress and disputes between states

  6. Amendment One Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

  7.   8. Amendment Fourteen any peal persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws
