  1. Keystone Aviation Timeline Anoka Airport Development, LLC signed sublease with Anoka County in February, 2008. Terminal, Hangar & Fuel Farm built in August, 2008. Hangar G construction starts – 40 year lease with one 5 year renewal. Completed 2006. Ground Breaking for Restaurant – project completed in January, 2008. Sept 1, 1995 - Lease out until 2020 with two 5 year extension terms. Sept 25, 1985 - Keystone assumes Uniroyal Lease. Tower built at Hangar A Hangar C complete. New merged agreement between the CAA and Keystone. 1985 1988 1989 1991 1995 1996 1998 1999 2004 2007 2008 2011 2013 Sept 1, 1988 - Keystone signs new 25 year lease with the State out to 2013 with one 5 year extension & begins construction of Hangar C. Hangar E Built. Hangar D Built. Pentastar opens maintenance facility at OXC. Hangar F built. Lease out until 2025 with two 5 year extension terms.. Rizvi Traverse and Starwood Capital purchases Keystone Aviation & Key Air.
