  3. Will the Project Complete in Time? • There is a high risk of this project not completing on time • After leveling resources, there is very little time between project completion date and the height of the shopping season

  4. What are the risks? • If the site needs to be up by Thanksgiving Weekend, there are only ~2 weeks of additional work time available • Being unable to level all resources may cause further delays • This is not enough buffer to fully take advantage of the holiday shopping season • Due to the design phase being on the critical path, changing the scope with such a small window of extra time would not be possible.
