Carta Aliran Proses Kerja Bagi Urusan Pelantikan Pegawai Perubatan/ Pergigian/ Farmasi Aliran Proses Tempoh Masa • Lapor diri di Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam (JPA) • JPA sediakan surat arahan lapor diri di Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Awam (SPA) dan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) JPA 1 hari SPA • Isi borang SPA8i • Borang Pendaftaran MMC/MPM/LFM di KKM • Tempahan tarikh temu duga 5 - 7 hari (dari tempahan tarikh temuduga hingga hari temu duga) • Hadir sesi temu duga di SPA (setiap Selasa) • Terima surat pelantikan daripada SPA (bagi calon yang berjaya) SPA 1 hari KKM • Melapor diri di KKM untuk urusan penempatan
