  1. Ops Manager Menu Guide In order to comply with the Food Rules and nutritional analysis on our menus you must ensure the following points are adhered to. This Menu is the menu your nutritional analysis has been based on, if you leave anything out or change anything it will not be accurate; of course you can make changes but they need to be agreed and signed off by your Regional Development Chef. Ensure that the menus displayed front of house and on our Client websites match the menu being served over the counters so that customers know what to expect. If you display multiple weeks, ensure that the dates are on there as our customers have no idea what week we are on! Make sure that the recipes that have been issued with this menu are followed, again if you need changes for a specific location, it needs to be signed off by the development chef for your region, do not just change them. A blank recipe form has been included in your pack, this is the format that must be used when submitting to the Chefs. Make sure you follow the portion sizes; this will ensure the nutritional analysis remains accurate and give you the correct cost for your dish If you find any errors or need any advice with any of our recipes, please contact your Regional Development Chef We want to develop menus that give inspiration to our customers and encourage them to try new things but it is essential that we offer dishes they will buy; therefore if you / your teams have ideas and great recipes we can use, send them in using the template we have given you, a photo would also be great; the best ones will then be featured on your menu! not just main dishes, but side dishes, desserts, cakes, grab n go – we always need your help!
