Summary Summary • For over a decade OER movement has opened up quality education opportunities for different types of learners around the world. • OER has many benefits for blended learning environments including building content, provide learners with diversity of learning resource, and expand their knowledge base. • Majority of OER users are from HEI. • Students and teachers can play a significant role in OER movement.
