Engaging Higher Education Staff with Open Educational Resources

This project focuses on creating open educational resources to assist higher education staff in engaging with the Professional Standards Framework. The unit includes conceptual introductions, activities, and annotated bibliographies to support practitioners and academic developers. Challenges in developing OER materials include over-reliance on writing tasks, loss of peer interaction, lack of feedback, and the need for a meta-level in topic and activity selection.
