The new formula projects an increase of 30 seats to be allocated among Ontario (15), Alberta (6), BC (6), and QC (3), totaling 338 seats. 92% of ridings are affected by the redistribution process. The timeline includes boundary commission establishment, proposals, public hearings, objections, and a waiting period before the proclamation of the draft.
