Scientists Michael Sivak and Brandon Schoettle From the University of Michigan. • The results are suprising due to men driving 60 % of the time and women only 40%. • Studied the data from 1998-2007 of the police-reported crashes. • Accidents between female to female is 20.5 %, male to male is 31.9 % and female to male is 47.6%.

  6. Women drivers more prone to certain kinds of Vehicle crashes. • Included various maneuvers in which one vehicle would turn in front of the other. • One vehicle being side swiped by the other. • Both Vehicles colliding head-on. • Sivak said: “The results indicate that in certain crash scenarios, male to male crashes tend to be underrepresented and female-to-female crashes tend to be overrepresented.”

  7. 10 Reasons why Men are Better driver’s than women. • Men are involved in fewer crashes than women, per mile driven. • Women + Cell Phones. • PMS and Sleep Deprivation. • Studies show that both sexes agree: Men are better drivers. • 99% of winning race car drivers are men. • Car-Related female fatalities on the rise. • Men pass the driving test faster • Men have stronger abilities for judging speed, Spatial analysis, & Mathematical calculations. • Men have a greater experience with cars. • Women are more likely to drive with pets in their cars, & Obstructions in their mirrors. • All of the facts to back each point up can be found http://www.cheapcarinsurance.net/10-reasons-why-men-are-better-drivers-than-women/.
