Pre-enrolment

If you haven't performed pre-enrolment before, you can do it easily now. Enter your Student Number, read the provided information, and click ‘I accept’. Fill in your personal particulars for system verification and provide a Security Question and Answer to reset your password. Remember your EID and password for email and e-Portal access. Proceed to update your personal data, including contact and emergency information. Review and modify your entries as necessary. Once done, click ‘Continue’ to finish the pre-enrolment process and then ‘Close Window’ to exit.

  2. If you have not yet performed pre-enrolment procedures before, you can do it now using this function.

  3. Enter your Student Number.

  4. Please read the information and click ‘I accept’.

  5. You have to fill in your personal particulars for system verification.

  6. You have to supply information on “Security Question and Answer” for resetting your password.

  7. Please remember your EID and password for logging in your email and e-Portal accounts.Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to next step for updating Personal Data for Communication.

  8. You have to fill in your contact address and telephone.

  9. You have to fill in your international address and the emergency contact.

  10. Please verify the data and modify them if necessary.

  11. Click ‘Continue’.

  12. You have completed the pre-enrolment process. Click ‘Close Window’ to exit.
