THE SYSTEM OF GOOD PRACTICAL TRAINING IN POLISH SCHOOLS

This document outlines the comprehensive system of practical training for trainee teachers in Polish schools, detailing the processes involved in their first year of teaching. The program lasts one year and includes observation of classes, participation in professional development activities, and guided teaching experiences. The headmaster plays a crucial role in providing necessary conditions for the trainee teacher, while the trainee teacher is tasked with understanding school regulations, observing peers, and engaging in self-development. The trainee counselor supports both the trainee and the headmaster throughout this process.
