SAFETY MANAGEMENT • Two fire stations – one in the refinery and the other in ATP area • Fire water network covering all the refinery facilities (1028 hydrants and 363 monitors) • Internal and external safety audits • Periodic mock drills • On-site and Off-site emergency plans • Mutual aid scheme with Coromandel Fertilizers and Andhra Petrochemicals 18

  19. EMISSION CONTROL • High efficiency furnaces / boilers • Low Sulfur fuels in furnaces / boilers and GTG’s • Low NOx burners • Sulfur Recovery Units • 3 Ambient air monitoring stations • On-line stack analyzers ( SO2 , NOX , SPM, CO, HC) 20

  23. SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT • In-situ / Ex-situ treatment of oily sludge towards reduction in oil content • Disposal of treated and other oily sludge to approved recyclers • Disposal of spent catalysts to approved recyclers • Oily / Chemical drums cleaning facility 24

  24. MAJOR PROJECTS • Single Point Mooring (SPM) facilities - completed and ready for commissioning • Diesel Hydro Treater (DHT) project - implementation in progress 25
