  7. Problems faced during data entry • Separate user-Id and Password should be provided to ZP/PS and GP. • After updating the advance position in Opening Balance editing is not allowed. In case of DRDA and blocks advance position needs to be modified after finalization of Audit report. Hence editing of advance position in OB entry should be allowed.

  8. Problems faced during data entry Payment Voucher • While releasing funds to blocks/GP under various schemes, a single cheque is being issued to bank for issue of BC/DD in favour of BDOs/Sarpanch. But software allows individual cheque for each Block/GP. Hence the software should be modified to accept release to multiple agencies through a single cheque. • While transferring funds through online to blocks, same problem faced. • Mixed entries including bank and advance should be allowed.

  9. Problem in data collection/updation at GP level • PEO/GRS are not co-operating either in collection or updation of data for GP-PRIASOFT. • Computer literacy should be mandatory for PEO & GRS • As broadband connectivity is not available in 80% GPs of Koraput district, the GPs may be allowed for purchase of data card from any ISP.\ • In Koraput district VSAT is lying defunct in 8 blocks and VPN lying dead 15days in a month due to problem in local BSNL exchange, the VSATs should be restored for a reliable connectivity.
