Katana Summit, LLC • History • T BAILEY, INC. – Anacortes WA • Steel tank fabrication and construction • Began building towers in 2001 • Katana Industries – Ephrata WA • Organized in 2005 as a stand alone tower manufacturer • First plant in Ephrata, WA in 2007 • Katana Summit – Columbus NE • Joint Venture of Katana Industries & Sumitomo Corporation Group formed in 2007 • Began construction of state of the art manufacturing facility in late 2007/early 2008 in Columbus • Columbus facility is largest plant and corporate headquarters © 2010 Board of Regents University of Nebraska
