  4. Dr. Dan Olweus– Peer Abuse(not to be resolved with peer mediation)DPI-Bullying is a deliberate or intentional behavior using words or actions intended to cause fear, intimidation or harm. Playful teasing that is mutually enjoyed • Not inviting someone to join in unless it is part of an intentional aggressive act to isolate someone • Fair, consistent, humane managing & supervision • Disciplining a poorly performing employee • Criticizing performance w/o criticizing the person • Implementing changes that affect everyone • Loud, but non-hostile, expression • Conflict over competing interests between two people with equal power
