The Moldova Graduation Strategy (2009-2011) outlines the successful transition from Lower-Middle-Income Country (MIC) status as recognized by OECD. With significant support from the European Commission and bilateral donors, this strategy focuses on enhancing Moldova's governance, economic growth, and conflict resolution. Key objectives include strengthening the Government of Moldova's policy formulation and implementation capacities, building an inclusive social assistance system, and promoting balanced regional development. The strategy encourages knowledge sharing and best practices to ensure sustainability beyond UK involvement.
