The Strategy for Development Cooperation with Moldova (2011-2014) aims to facilitate Moldova's integration with the EU and promote its fundamental values. With a financial commitment of approximately EUR 50 million, the strategy focuses on three key sectors: Democracy, Human Rights, and Gender Equality; Sustainable Infrastructure, especially energy efficiency; and Market Development. Emphasizing human rights and inclusive growth, the strategy encourages strong coordination among donors, particularly with the EU, and seeks greater involvement in Transnistria while collaborating with Swedish actors.
