  1. Welcome to Bled

  2. Workshop program Oral presentations: Regular talks: 20 minutes for the presentation, 5 minutes for discussion. Review talks: 35 minutes presentation and 5 minutes of discussion. Watch the traffic light: green is fine, yellow means 5 mins for wrap up, red is bad. Poster exhibitions: are organized in two groups (A and B). Presentations will take place during coffee breaks in the coffee break hall. First sessions: this afternoon, 15.00: group A, 17.10: group B. The presence of presenters in front of their posters is required during the relevant session. Exhibition booths for industrial partners (Hamamatsu, Wiener and Iseg) are in the coffee break area.

  3. Social program Monday:welcome reception, Hotel Kompaslakeviewterrace,19:00–21.00 Tuesday:concert at the island, 18:00 – 20:30; transportationwith ‘pletna‘, a traditionallocalboat. Dresswarm. Program: Tartini, Bach, Franck, Massent, Santiago PerformedbyDaliborMiklavčič, organ, ŽigaFaganel, violin, Ana Grasselli, soprano Wednesday afternoon: excursions • visit to the Postojna Cave, • sightseeing in Ljubljana, • hiking in the Julian Alps, to the top ofDebelapeč (2015 m), forabout 4 hours (elevation difference of 600m),recommended for experienced hikers. Youneedhiking shoes, long pants and wind jackets are required.

  4. Social program Thursday evening: conference dinner at the Bled Castle, 18:30-21:30 Carry the conference badge to identify yourself at all social events. Weather: rainy this morning, will clear up for the reception, tomorrow rain again, expected to clear up for the concert. From Wednesday on fine.
