  17. Bandsaw Safety • Always wear ANSI approved Safety glasses • Always keep the blade guards within 1/8” to ¼” of the stock. • Use a push block to cut small stock.

  18. Bandsaw Safety • Never hold the stock ‘above’ the table. • If the blade comes out of the guides or breaks, stop the machine immediately. • Hold the stock on either side of the blade not in-line with it.
