  5. This phase involves building background knowledge and providing a context/foundation upon which to build further learning. • Possible Web 2.0 resources include: • INFOhio Electronic Resources, including: • World Book Web • Biography Reference Book CONNECT

  6. In this phase we begin developing questions and making predictions. There is questioning, interpreting, and comparing. • Possible Web 2.0 tools include: • Google Docs • Stixy • VoiceThread WONDER

  7. During this phase students find AND evaluate information. Some activities include: retrieving, locating, and classifying. • Web 2.0 tools include: • LiveBinder • Evernote • Google Docs INVESTIGATE

  12. Inquiry is a natural part of learning, and so should be a factor in our teaching. Using critical thinking and Web 2.0 tools help to create an engaging final project. One that was designed by critically thinking students who are driven by their questions to pursue the answer; which, in turn, lead to more questions. SUMMARY
