Thus, the total requested funding is 39.23 M€ • Is this reasonable? • Coordinator's proposal for budget adjustment • aim for 31-33 M€ • let's not touch networks • cut overrunning JRP's back to suggested numbers • cut overrunning TNA back to suggested numbers and adjust GSI down to 370 k€/year • apply an overall reduction of 10-15% to JRP/TNA • coordinator needs today advise and a mandate to implement this action Alex C. Near Future • 4/5 March: Coordination Meeting at GSI- Incorporation of decisions and suggestions from FINUPHY Meeting at Catania - Release of collected proposals, data and information - Publication via WWW ? (restricted access, password protection?) - Call for A2 form of all participating institutions by coordinators - Invitation of coordinators´ meeting at the managing institution • 31 March: Coordinators´Meeting at GSI - All coordinators of JPRs, TNAs, and Networks - „Streamlining“ of proposals - Presentation of the B-part of the I3NS-Proposal by the Project Coordinator • 9 April: Deadline for minor(!) corrections/comments/updates • 13 April: Delivery of the I3NS-Proposal to Brussels Alex C.
